Turnaround Time (TAT)
Our design team will contact the client within 2–3 business days of successful signup to initiate the project.
During the onboarding process, the client is required to share all necessary project information, including but not limited to:
Brand logo
Preferred color scheme
Website content
Social media handles
Hosting credentials
Domain access details
Timely submission of complete and accurate information is essential to ensure a smooth and timely project execution.
Revisions Policy
The package includes up to 3 revisions, limited to the following:
Technical Corrections
Fixing broken links, incorrect redirects, or non-working buttons
Resolving layout, alignment, spacing, or responsiveness issues
Correcting form, menu, or basic functionality issues
Minor CSS or script fixes that do not alter the website’s structure or design
Content Updates
Grammar, spelling, and clarity improvements
Updating or replacing text content provided by the client
Modifying headings, paragraphs, and call-to-action text
Updating contact details, business information, or social media links
Rearranging content within existing sections without changing the design
Image Replacements or Adjustments
Replacing images with new images supplied by the client
Cropping, resizing, or optimizing images for performance
Adjusting image alignment or placement within existing layouts
Replacing banners or section images without modifying the design structure
Design, layout, or theme changes are not included.
Any request for structural, theme, or visual redesign changes will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges.
Terms & Conditions
The client must provide all required project details within 7 days of signup.
If the required information is not received within this period:
Additional charges may apply to restart or reschedule the project.
Once all required information is received:
The website will be delivered within 7 business days, as per the selected package scope.
Upon delivery:
The client will have 7 days to review the website and submit revision requests covered under the package.
After the review period:
Any further changes or updates will be charged at $50 per day, depending on the scope of work.
Important Notes
Project timelines may be affected by delays in content submission, approvals, or feedback from the client.
The delivery timeline begins only after receiving complete and final project details.
All communication and approvals should be provided in writing to avoid misunderstandings.
